About this opportunity:

Hirsh Marketing, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who will play a key role for Hirsh Marketing clients by creating, executing, and monitoring all funnel strategies by defining and implementing client success strategies. 

The ideal candidate will be a productive leader in the advertising field, leading internal meetings for their department and handling client strategy calls. In this position, you will devise new strategies for clients, create funnel plans to help them prepare for ads, and carry out those strategies while achieving great results from those strategies.

What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Lead strategy calls with new clients, devising and creating strategy presentations for each client account
  • Include account manager and ads manager into client onboarding and manage all initial client tasking and project management to get them live
  • Own Account Manager allocation decisions based on capacity
  • Analyze each client’s strategy and provide insight with monthly reports to help every client hit their goals.
  • Attend monthly reporting calls as needed for clients that require a deep strategy shift, new promotion or flash sale in the coming month
  • Lead Strategy Workshops with clients who require a deeper level of support with strategy development/changes
  • Conduct webinar audits following the 'Hirsh Marketing Process' and framework
  • Create promotion plans & outlines for active clients that have a new promotion, flash sale, or live launch (i.e. mapping out full timeline and task list to set the team up for success to execute)
  • Coordinate Messaging Workshops with our Copywriting Team for clients who require a deeper level of support with their messaging (i.e. improvements or pivoting)
  • Suggest high-level funnel strategy initiatives for each client on your roster in their monthly reports
  • Represent strategy management oversight, support, and authority on all client accounts
    • Lead all discussions around strategy & budget in the client’s account as an authority vs. passively asking clients or waiting on them
  • Respond to client emails related to funnel strategy with expert-level support as needed within 1 business day maximum
  • Stay informed about the changes in the Facebook programmatic marketplace and landscape.
  • Constantly research and stay up to date on the latest funnel theories, algorithms, and approaches in different ways we can stay cutting edge in our strategies recommended to clients 
  • Support with monthly Ads Team training to keep the team on top of the most effective strategies and successful strategies
  • Prioritizing your time based on priority, delivering great quality consistently between clients & your team
  • Consistently fill out internal weekly reports with complete & strategic commentary for the Director of Ad Operations and CEO around specific client performance
  • Responsible for suggestions to help clients reignite and get a cash infusion in their accounts through ads, so overall, their profitability is consistent (leads that came on the client's list months ago are still converting.)
  • Support the Director of Ads Team with process improvement and creation as needed
  • Consistently focused on individual KPIs related to the role:
    • Clients live within 30 days of the initial deposit
    • Clients above 2x ROAs
    • Clients profitable after agency fee
    • Average client ad spend

What you bring to the role:

  • Strong client strategies that ultimately start successful partnerships with each client
  • The ability to create custom marketing strategies that are designed around the core principles of marketing.
  • Consistently being able to support clients with a variety of marketing strategies and provide both strategy and budget recommendations for different client funnels that include live and evergreen strategies
  • Contribution to the development of a collaborative ads team by bringing ideas, strategies, struggles, and thoughts to all & individual team meetings
  • Client sales conversions and funnel performance are solid, with the conversion rate well within KPIs based on a strategy that was thought about well.
  • Meeting our 80% live-goals on new clients within 30 days
  • Projections are communicated clearly, and the client understands them, reducing misalignment once ads go live
  • The ability to fully support Account Managers by having an understanding of almost any situation and can provide proactive funnel strategy suggestions and support when necessary.
  • Proactive and action-oriented on client accounts. Recommending funnel strategy changes that lead to increased revenue from underperforming clients.
  • Consistent representation of the Hirsh Marketing company values in all client accounts and day-to-day decisions being made. Specifically, "Over-deliver,  Everytime" & "Strive To Be Better Than Yesterday"


  • Strong and proven track record in providing expert-level digital marketing strategy. 
  • Clear demonstration that you can generate new ideas and initiatives for client strategy by customizing your experience to their business, niche, and offer.
  • Ability to generate funnel strategies for different types of offers, funnel types, and industries related to the Hirsh Marketing ideal clients
  • Ability to create client budgets based on results & goals
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to create and provide clear strategic vision and direction when initiating strategy conversations with a client/creating presentations
  • Ability to juggle a lot of balls and past experience having to manage team members, client accounts, and process improvement all at once
  • Flawless communication both internally and client-facing (concise, proactive, professional)
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively lead strategy shifts
  • Data-driven, with the ability to diagnose bottlenecks in client funnels without fail 
  • Excellent internet access with a quite appropriate space for client and team meetings
  • Prefer to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
